Hercules & Love Affair’s new song “My Offence” has taken a non traditional view on the word ‘Cunt’ and has begun a movement to reverse the negative meaning of the word. In the documentary styled video, Hercules & Love Affair use the word repeatedly and position the word to be received as the highest compliment. This is done to reclaim the term as an empowering one while spreading social awareness.

Officially released on all platforms today is Chuckie’s “Bitches Be Like”. Originally a Beatport exclusive, “Bitches Be Like” has a campaign designed around it that uses videos of girls finding themselves in unfortunate situations while the lyrics of “Bitches Be Like” plays in the background. Expect a series of different videos to be released alongside this new track.

Icona Pop’s video Series I Am Icon Episode 3 is now available on Refinery 29
Icona Pop’s weekly video series, I AM ICON, released its third installment today. This weeks episode brings us behind the scenes as Icona Pop headlines Mexico City’s Electric Planet Festival. This episode is titled “Trouble On The Road” and nothing for them is running smoothly. The sound system is atrocious, there is a language barrier between the event staff and Icona Pop and at some point one of the girls legs goes through the stage floor.
